Oxfam New Zealand - Samoa Tsunami Appeal

Oxfam and WIBDI are working closely with the Red Cross, UN agencies and Samoa’s National Disaster Management Office.
Oxfam teams on the ground are working closely with their Samoan partner organisation, Women in Business Development, Inc. (WIBDI), assessing the urgent needs of those worst affected. They expect to coordinate the supply of clean water and sanitation and have emergency supplies for up to 10,000 people, once specific needs are identified, e.g., buckets, tarpaulins, hygiene kits, and mosquito nets.
